Returns Policy
At Alinc Technologies LLC we want to make sure your experience with us is flawless. We stand behind our product 100%. If, for any reason, you need to return the product purchased from us, we will take it back based on the following guidelines:
- If the product is unopened, within 30 days we will take it back, no questions asked.
- If the product is unopened, and it has been over 30 days, but under 90 days, a 25% restocking fee applies.
- If the product has been opened, within 30 days we will take it back with a 25% restocking fee.
- If the product has been opened, and it has been over 30 days, we normally would not take it back but we will work with you on case by case basis - please contact us so we can work with you.
Please note that consumable items (ink/toner cartridges, printheads, etc.) cannot be returned once opened. Software cannot be returned once opened.
All HP Renew personal computers and laptops are not returnable.
Customer is responsible for paying return freight on good part returns (returns where the product is fully functional).
Shipping
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
Free Shipping
Alinc Technologies offers free ground shipping on all orders over $100 to addresses in the continental US.
- The delivery time for Alinc Free Shipping shipment is 5-7 business days.
- Alinc cannot guarantee same day shipping. All orders are subject to a 1-2 business day processing time prior to shipping.
- Alinc Free Shipping shipping is not available for Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico or APO/FPO addresses
